For Apple repairs, call us with your serial number. The price depends on the diagnosis and on your warranty or AppleCare+ coverage.

What warranty covers
Apple's limited warranty and AppleCare+ cover hardware faults. Some problems need more testing before we can give you a price.
Apple's limited warranty doesn't cover accidental damage. Neither warranty nor AppleCare covers software problems. If your issue is software or accidental damage, the $65 diagnostic charge applies.
Before you bring it in
Back up your device to iCloud or Time Machine first. Autobahn Communications isn't responsible for data loss during diagnostics or repairs. Turn off Find My on your iPhone or iPad to speed up check-in. If you need help with the backup, we can do it, but extra charges may apply.
